MAC x Disney Maleficent Collection for Spring / Summer 2014!

Hey guys!
Right off the bat I gotta say I'm kinda bummed with this collection. Of course I expected MAC to stay true to its odd "one red lippie a collection" rule, but not that it would be the ONLY lipstick?! Where's my purple? The eyeshadow quad is all permanent eyeshadows slapped in a pretty package... Heck, a lot of this stuff is permanent. This was a great opportunity to whip out some awesome stuff, even repromote some most-loved items from Maleficent's first time around with MAC... Such as the purple lipglass some girl stole from me a few years ago... Sigh! There's honestly only one, maybe two products I'm really feeling for this collection. Although, those who just don't have enough red lipsticks are most definitely in luck for this. I haven't heard word on the prices just yet, I can't imagine they'd jack them up too high from the regular prices, since the packaging is nothing spectacular. Here's the colour story:

MAC Proenza Schouler Collection Spring 2014! *UPDATE*

Hey guys! This post is going to be all the info I have for the collection plus photos! This hits stores April 3rd! The packaging is totally to die for, but sadly it causes the prices to get jacked up on all the products. Unless something is a must have here for you (like the ombre blushes!), save up for other upcoming collections! I of course will probably pick up a few things sheerly because I just like to collect LE packaging, like many of you out there! On to the colour story.

This has been pushed back! I'm not really sure what went wrong, but don't panic if you can't find it today since no one has it! I've seen a few dates floating around on when it will be out, your best bet is to call your local store or counter to hear straight from them!

MAC Alluring Aqua Collection for Summer 2014! *UPDATED WITH MORE PHOTOS*

Hey guys! I don't think I mentioned this in my big post about all the collections coming out from MAC, since I hadn't heard much about it. For now I just have some images to show you, and I'll keep you updated with a colour story once I find it! This collection will be In Extra Dimension, so hopefully they'll be bringing back Whisper of Guilt! Also, *apparently* you can actually feel texture on the packaging, like water droplets. Although it is gorgeous you can just tell that this packaging will hold onto fingerprints terribly, just like RiRi Hearts MAC. Oh well! Here's what I found:

MAC PatentPolish Lip Pencils for Spring 2014!

Hey Guys! I'm continuing my series of posts about all the goodies to come from MAC this season with the PatentPolish Lip Pencils! Sadly these will be limited edition, but maybe if they're super popular we'll see them as a permanent product by next year? There's always hope...

These will retail for 20$ AM so I assume they'll be around 22/ 24$ CAN, and will be released April 3rd.

MAC Playland Collection for Spring/ Summer 2014! *UPDATED WITH MORE PHOTOS & INFO*

So this collection is definitely the one I am most excited about, as its massive and just has so many bright and awesome colours for spring! I love wearing unique / crazy lipsticks, and I'm also super excited about the return of Casual Colours since I missed out on their first time around. I'll have pictures and the colour story after the jump since theres so much to go through! The online release date for this collection has been bumped back to the 10th, so I'm not sure if the release date for stores and counters has been changed. Call your counter to double check!

MAC Pro-Longwear 2014 Collection!

Hey guys!
I did some research and I have some news for this upcoming collection!
Its going to be a cream compact formulation (similar to the mineralize compact I assume), with sheer to medium coverage. Its supposed to be well suited to all skin types with a natural matte finish. I think this is a great release for summer, especially since the compact can be taken with you for touch ups. Again, this will be released April 17th, for 31$ a pop.

Seems like they're totally skipping on NW15, I guess they're hoping N18 will be more universal for the fair girls? No idea, but if you're super fair you may not have much luck finding your shade :(!
I'm not one for sheer-medium coverage, I'm more of an all-or-nothing kinda gal, but I may give this a try. Let me know if you try it/ how you like it!
